What to know before signing
Please complete the waiver for each participant who will be on the boat. A parent or legal guardian should complete it for any minor.
- Complete the waiver before the day of your trip if possible
- Each adult should sign individually
- Parents or guardians should sign for minors
- Use the same name you booked under when possible
